Warranty Statement

1. Limited Warranty

This warranty applies only to products that are new on the date of purchase from an authorized Kasda product reseller. Please keep the original purchase invoice or receipt and warranty card for future service requests. The warranty does not cover any packaging, cables, power supply or other accessories.

Kasda warrants to the original purchaser that the hardware of this Kasda product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship.

The Kasda Limited Warranty does not apply if: (a) the product assembly has been opened or damaged, (b) the product or its software or firmware has been altered or modified, (c) the product has not been used and installed in accordance to Kasda's instructions, (d) the product has been subjected to misuse, or negligence. The Kasda Limited Warranty does not protect against acts of God, vandalism, theft, normal wear and tear, obsolescence and environmental damages such as, but not limited to, weather and electrical disturbances. The Kasda Limited Warranty is the sole warranty for this product. There are no other warranties, expressed or, except required by law, implied, including the implied warranty or condition of quality, performance merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

In no event shall Kasdas liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying software, accessories or its documentation.

Kasda does not issue any refunds for purchased product. In the event that Kasda is unable to repair or replace a product (i.e. discontinued product), Kasda will replace a similar product of equal or lesser value.

2. Warranty Period

The Kasda Warranty is for Two (2) year from the date of purchase for new products. A proof of purchase with the date of purchase such as the original purchase invoice or receipt must be rendered for warranty service. Products without a proof of purchase date will void this warranty.


3. Replacement Procedure

The replacement procedure is only applicable to US, for any warranty replacements outside of US, please contact your dealer.

Do not ship your defective product to Kasda before contacting customer support.

1). Contact Toll-Free Technical Support Line 1-888-203-6653, a customer support agent will do troubleshooting to see if the product is defective. If it is, then this information is required:

Your contact information

Product serial number

Proof of purchase

2). The customer support agent will provide you with an RMA number and shipping information. Please be sure to write this down.

3). Package product securely. Do not include manuals, power supply, cables, mounting brackets or any other accessories. Kasda only replaces the defective unit and will not return other accessories. Include your contact information with your name, address, phone number, and RMA number inside the package.

4). Send the product to the RMA fulfillment address 5185 Cliffwood Dr.Montclair, CA 91763, USA. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Customers are responsible for the freight charges to Kasda. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information. Kasda is not responsible for packages lost in transit to Kasda. The replacement product is shipped by ground with shipping charges prepaid.

Any repaired or replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Kasda reserves the right to discontinue any of its products without notice, and disclaims any limited warranty to repair or replace any such discontinued product. Kasda reserves the right to revise or make changes to this product, its documentation, packaging, specifications, hardware, and software without notice. If any portion of the Kasda Limited Warranty is found to be unenforceable, its remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
